SLTMobitel Loyalty Membership

Mobitel Loyalty program enables all Mobitel subscribers (Postpaid and Prepaid) from the date of connection to accrue points based on their monthly payments/top-ups on Mobitel Services. All subscribers are automatically enrolled to the program. (Excludes corporate customers)

SLTMobitel Terms and conditions

  • All individual customers (NIC, PPT, and DL) using SLTMobitel Prepaid and Postpaid services can accrue Loyalty Points through their monthly reloads or bill payments. Customers are automatically enrolled in this program at the time of connection.
  • Loyalty Points earned from the day of connection are valid for a period of one year (12 months).
  • Points earned during the calendar year will determine your classification.
  • Every Rs.100 collected = 1 point.
  • Loyalty Points are added monthly and can be checked through the Selfcare App, website, or by dialing #071#.
  • Monthly payments for any add-to-bill schemes, E-Services, adjustments, device schemes, free money, and total applicable taxes charged to your bill will be excluded when loyalty points are rewarded.
  • Points accrued within the points cycle need to be redeemed before the expiry date. However, an additional 30 days (grace period) will be given beyond the expiration date to redeem the earned points. Once the grace period has passed, expired points will not be available for redemption.
  • A minimum of 50 points should be available to redeem. Upon the accumulation of 50 points and above, redemption can be made with a remaining balance of zero points.
  • The maximum redeemable value in the loyalty scheme is limited to Rs.350,000/-.
  • The loyalty points accrued by the customer can be terminated when:
    • If the customer deactivates all his connections (NIC level disconnection).
    • In case of an ownership transfer.
    • In the event of using SLTMobitel services for illegal purposes.
    • Expiry of points.
  • Changes in the loyalty tiers will happen automatically upon reaching the thresholds.
  • Loyalty Points cannot be transferred, encashed, or reversed to any other customer.
  • mReward membership shall be offered to the contractual/legally registered owner of the connection and not to a third party.
  • SLTMobitel reserves the right to determine what components of the paid amounts shall qualify to earn loyalty points.
  • SLTMobitel reserves the right for the final decision on reward points.
